Bizz Wizz™is the only product on the market today that is easily affordable by Small Business. This package has Emailing facilities for Invoices Orders and Quotes. Bizz Wizz is able to complete a number of tasks, Invoicing, Bookkeeping, Creditors, Price Book, Order Book, Stock Inventory, Mail List and Phone Listing abilities. Add on modules like Payroll, Point of Sale and Networking complete this easy to use package.
Bizz Wizz™ is G.S.T and Sales Tax compatible, The advantage is that you don't need a large understanding of how the accounting process works. Another feature is Bar code scanning and hot keys for a fast point of sale or Invoicing as well.

EASY FIND FOR CUSTOMERS
When
invoicing a customer, a complete list of the customers appears and a
single key press alphabetical search will find your customer like
magic! No codes or numbers are required.
FREE TEXT OR PRICE LIST INVOICING
When typing the invoice up to 80 lines on a page, word
wrapped & spellchecked. Alternatively the price list can be
accessed to select from various stock items to be placed on the
Invoice automatically.
VISUAL DISPLAY OF OVERDUE INVOICES
A list of outstanding invoices can be displayed or printed in
age of statements. Overdue invoices appear in red on the screen to
highlight that fact.
QUOTES
Invoices can
have a status of “Quote”. This allows quotes to be
prepared as if they were an invoice. When accepted, the status can be
changed back to invoice and reprinted and sent to the customer.
USER CHANGEABLE ACCOUNTING
CATEGORIES
The user can change any of the names of the
100 expense categories or the 50 income categories. This data is
entered into monthly files and saved into a Financial Year file. A
spreadsheet is then produced for your Accountant for taxation
purposes with just a press of a button. 99000 transactions per year.
Produces year to date profit & loss reports and a balance sheet.
NO END-of-MONTH OR END-of-YEAR
PROCEDURES
The first time a transaction occurs in a new
month or year, the files are automatically created. Transactions are
automatically sent from Invoicing and Creditors to ledger when paid
EASY PAYMENT OF CREDITORS
Helps
you pay your bills! 2000 suppliers details can be entered. Age
records to pay by days or months as required eg. 30-60-90. Shows
total purchases and allows Periodical Payments eg. rental. Lots of
printed reports and remittances.
PROCESS IN ANY MONTH OF ANY YEAR
Bizz Wizz allows the movement between any month of any year. It
is simple to look back at information which was entered previously.
CORRECTION OF TRANSACTIONS
Any
transaction, either expenses or income can be simply moved, deleted
or overwritten. Full editing is available on any transaction.
