If Using old Windows versions XP ,2003  then (if not already loaded)
the Dot Net 3.5 framework will download and setup  this may take some time as it will down load, from the web then installs.
If the computer you are using is not on the web you can download and save then install this file first. dotnetfx3-5.exe  run it before you install BW23

 NOTE: Use  ' Trial ' as the serial number OR for full version use your Serial number supplied. NOTE: This is a full version if you type in a serial number supplied by us.
